"Awakening Prologue" is the first level of Centerpointe's "Personal Growth Through Technology" program.  This level contains no affirmations, just the Holosync tones, masked by the sound of gently falling rain and crystal bowls chiming.  It is VERY relaxing.  You can immediately feel yourself going into a light trance, gradually going deeper.  The cd takes you from alpha, to theta, then delta brainwaves over a thirty minute soundtrack, then holds you in delta for an additional thirty minutes.  It is pure bliss.  You are guaranteed to get to this blissful state even if your mind is busy the whole time!

I ordered Awakening Prologue in August 2003 after my merkaba teacher recommended it so strongly.  I was hoping it would assist with my astral projection abilities.  Did it ever!  I was already leaving my body once or twice per month (with daily practice).  But after the fourth listening of AP, I was leaving my body consistently each time, right after the cd ended.  This was better than I had even hoped, especially after years of using numerous brainwave generators with NO results.  I've been having lots of fun with this!  Centerpointe states in their literature that having spiritual or metaphysical experiences while using the program is typical and a pleasant "side effect" of the process.  For me it was the main event!

Little did I know there was indeed much more in store for me while using this powerful product.  In addition to the metaphysical results, I was also feeling calmer, more centered, and I was reacting less strongly to stresses in my life.  This was very nice, but for me, this result was secondary in importance.  Come to find out, as thrilled as I already was with Holosync, I had seriously underestimated it.
