 Holosync Awakening Level One |

Click here for complete Holosync information and ordering! Awakening Level One is the first CUSTOMIZED level of Centerpointe's Holosync "Personal Growth Through Technology" program. This level is to be undertaken after approximately four months of using Awakening Prologue. Level One is similar to Awakening Prologue in that it contains the Holosync tones, masked by the sound of falling rain and crystal bowls chiming. As with Awakening Prologue, the cd takes you from alpha, to theta, then delta brainwaves over a thirty minute soundtrack, then holds you in delta for an additional thirty minutes. Level One differs from Awakening Prologue in that it is recorded using a lower "carrier frequency" which gives the Holosync tones a whole new whollop of power. This forces the brain to go deeper, and forces old patterns and emotional "stuff" to come to the surface to be dealt with and cleared. Level One also contains custom affirmations, recorded by you in your own voice. You record them over the phone; it is very easy. Further, Level One is recorded in what they call "Virtual Audio" which sounds so realistic you think you're standing in the middle of a rainforest! There are 13 Holosync levels in all, each taking you deeper into your consciousness by using ever lower carrier frequencies. Each level is to be completed in six months to one year before moving to the next higher level. That being said, here are my results: My Awakening Level One cd package arrived on December 24, 2003 making a wonderful Christmas gift to myself. Of course I listened to it right away and was immediately plunged into a wonderful trance. (This effect had faded with Awakening Prologue after four months, which is normal.) Again I had instant metaphysical results. But this time something more happened, something unexpected. About three days into Level One, I became very emotionally uncomfortable. Something was bugging me, but I couldn't pinpoint just what it was. It was something I had been feeling for a few years, (and my husband always triggered it!) but I always managed to talk myself out of it. Over a few days the discomfort became unbearable, and I lashed out verbally at my husband. Lucky for me, I have a husband who doesn't mind talking things out when things get ugly! Over the course of one hour of crying and saying some fairly nasty things, my "core issue" came out and landed on the table with an audible thud. We both looked at each other in total shock. It was an issue that has affected me since my early childhood, and through some talking my husband and I were able to pinpoint where, when and how it began, and HOW IT HAD AFFECTED MY ENTIRE ADULT LIFE. WOW. After discussing this issue for just a short while, both my husband and I felt an enormous relief that is almost indescribable. It was as if a huge weight had been lifted and we both felt physically lighter! We both learned something of tremendous value, and this lesson can never be unlearned, now that it has been brought to light. I credit Holosync Awakening Level One with pushing my brain to the point where this issue had to come out and be resolved. (Keep in mind, this could happen for YOU even in the Awakening Prologue stage! It is different for everyone.) It wasn't pretty, that's for sure, but I'm eternally grateful to be rid of it. Too many people go through their whole lives without resolving issues and patterns that they learned when they were five years old! I know there will be more issues coming up for me in the future, and I feel bravely ready to tackle them, after having had this enlightening experience. Thanks Holosync!!! |
